A lazy guy turned fitness & nutrition enthusiast! As of now, I've completed P90X, P90X+, and ChaLEAN Extreme. I currently workout to a hybrid of the above programs that I created and in June 2009, I'll be embarking on the new Beachbody program called, "Insanity." It's sure to be a blast!
